*YOGA in September - Cardinal Creek Active Living Program*

As the  *next step* of the Cardinal Creek Community Association (CCCA)
Active Living Program, we are happy to announce that we will be
*stretching *into September with *YOGA at Moksha Yoga Orleans.*

The CCCA is Moksha Yoga Orleans' not-for-profit organisation for the month
of September and will be offering amazing yoga classes to help us all
maintain a healthy lifestyle.  They will also help to raise funds for the
CCCA's Healthy Living Program!  Please see the attached poster for more
information.

*3 THINGS YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW:*

*1. In September, Moksha Yoga Orleans is offering all Cardinal Creek
residents one month of yoga for only $30!  (This offer is valid for first
timers only).*

*2. Every Friday evening at 6:15 p.m. throughout the month of September,
Moksha Yoga Orleans will host charity yoga classes. Everyone is invited!
Entry to these Friday evening classes will be by donation only and the
profits will go to the CCCA! So gather your family and friends and come on
out!  (A $6 minimum donation is suggested).*


*3. September 12th is the FALLFEST on St-Joseph Boulevard and Moksha Yoga
Orleans is hosting a special outdoors class at noon which is by donations
only - bring your family and friends for a great outdoor class in the grass*


If there is enough interest from Cardinal Creek residents during our
September yoga introduction, the CCCA Active Living team will look into
adding yoga to our list of growing active living activities!

Please note that the Tuesday walking group will start at 7 p.m. as it is
getting dark earlier these days.  We will still start and finish at Tim
Hortons on the corner of Trim and Watters.  Please join us into the Fall
for this 5 km walk!

La prochaine *étape* du Programme de vie active de l’Association
communautaire de Cardinal Creek (ACCC) aura lieu en septembre en faisant du
yoga au *Moksha Yoga Orleans.*

Moksha Yoga Orleans a choisi CCCA comme étant son association à but
non-lucratif pour le mois de septembre et pour cela des classes de yoga
seront offertes pour maintenir un style de vie sain. De plus, ils nous
aideront à lever des fonds pour le Programme de vie active de l’ACCC!
Ci-jointe vous trouverez d'information additionnel.

*Trois choses que vous devriez savoir :*

1.        Moksha Yoga Orleans offrira à tous les résidents de Cardinal
Creek des classes de yoga pour 30$ seulement en septembre! (cette offre
n’est valable que pour les nouveaux clients)

2.        Moksha Yoga Orleans offrira des classes de yoga de charité tous
les vendredis du mois de septembre à 18 :15. Tout le monde est invité! Il
suffit de donner un don pour y participer et ces fonds seront donnés en
retour à l’ACCC! (un don minimum de 6$ est suggéré)

3.        Le 12 septembre à midi, Moksha Yoga Orleans offrira une classe
spéciale à l’extérieur à l’occasion du FALLFEST du boulevard St Joseph.
Rejoignez-nous pour une session de yoga sur la pelouse, sur une base de don
seulement.

Si la participation des résidents de Cardinal Creek est suffisante durant
notre introduction aux sessions de yoga de septembre, l’équipe de Vie
active de l’ACCC prendra en considération l’ajout du yoga à notre liste
d’activités de Vie active!

Veuillez aussi noter que le groupe de marche du mardi débutera à 19 heures
