2010-03-09 - Annual Spring Cleanup

6th Annual Spring Cleanup on Saturday April 24, 2010, 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm Help us clean up our parks and public spaces! Volunteers can pick up garbage bags at the following locations: Cardinal Trail: 1544 Demeter Springridge North: 712 Everlasting Way Springridge: 1925 Schroeder Crescent or 1952 Lobelia Way East Village: Glandriel Park (storage bunker) When done, put the garbage bags at the end of your driveway on your regularly scheduled collection day. The City will collect them with regular garbage. High school students: this counts for volunteer hours! Wear hats, pants and long-sleeved shirts. Children must be supervised and must never touch broken glass, broken wood, metal, needles, or household hazardous waste. Étudiants au secondaire : ces heures de bénévolat comptent pour vous! Portez une casquette, des pantalons et des manches longues. Les enfants doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte et ne doivent jamais toucher les déchets coupants, pointus ou dangereux.
