About the CCCA The Cardinal Creek Community Association was formed in 2006 to represent the interests of residents along the Trim Road corridor, including the neigbourhoods of Spring Ridge, Oak Ridge, East Village, Kings Pointe, Queens Pointe and Cardinal Trail.
